Reservation Policy

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Water St Kitchen. Should you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the arrival time, arrive with fewer guests or fail to show for the booking, a cancellation charge of $55 per person may be incurred. Please contact us on (07) 4196 0689 or hello@waterstkitchen.com.au to make any amendments to your reservation.

 

Our online reservation system has a small capacity, if the requested time is unavailable, please contact the team we may still have availability, or we could add you to our waitlist.

 

Water St Kitchen will follow the QLD Government Public Health Order directions in place at the time of your reservation. As such, our capacities, offerings and restrictions may be subject to change.

 

We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however as table allocations are finalised on the day.

Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 15% will apply to all food and beverage prices.

 

Please note a variable surcharge will be applied to all credit and debit card payments.

 

We can cater to all dietary requirements if given advanced notice. Please email us at hello@waterstkitchen.com.au to advise us of your requirements, or add notes to the comments section when booking.

 

If you would like to celebrate with a cake, please contact us to order one. We offer a selection of house made cakes. Please note we don't allow cakes to be brought in.

All bookings of 12 or more guests will be required to dine off our group menu
